Verification of Accreditation or Certification

Upon request, NAAQE will make our exemption application and the three most recent annual information returns (Form 990s) available to the public without charge (except for a reasonable charge for copying). If NAAQE has $1,000 or more in gross income from an unrelated business, we will file Form 990-T, Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Return, and this document is available upon request.

NAAQE will respond to all requests within 24 hours if submitted before 6 pm, Monday-Thursday. If submitted after 6 pm on Thursday, verification will be provided by the end of business on Monday.
